BMS World Mission - March4Mission - Mission Training for 18-35s

What is March4Mission?
BMS believes mission is for everyone, from everywhere to everywhere. And they are passionate about raising up the next generation of mission-minded young people and young adults.

March4Mission is a transformative journey over two weeks in March, designed to ignite young adults' passion and equip them for a life of mission wherever God may lead them.

In 2027, March4Mission will take place in Thailand. This immersive experience combines training, practical engagement, and deep reflection. It will cover diverse topics like gender justice, creation care, leadership, business, sports, music, and the workplace, helping participants discover how they are all avenues for mission.

Cost: Will be confirmed, but we aim to keep costs below £3000 per participant. (Financial assistance is also available where cost would be a barrier.)

Shirley Baptist Church - Children, Youth & Families Worker

Salary: £27,500 to £31,500 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity for a FULL-TIME Children, Youth and Family Worker at Shirley Baptist Church in Southampton.

We are a mid-sized multinational church on the New Forest side of the city of Southampton.

We have a growing number of children, youth and families and we are looking to appoint someone to lead and develop a thriving ministry on Sundays and throughout the week to these groups, both in the church and the local community. This will involve developing new activities and initiatives.

The successful person will be able to enter wholeheartedly into this task and help us make church a place where children, youth and families are invited, welcomed and given the opportunity to encounter God in their lives. We are looking for someone to share our passion to see our children and youth come to faith and grow in a relationship with Jesus.

There is a genuine Occupational Requirement that the successful candidate is a committed Christian and affirms our statement of faith. A successful appointment will be subject to references and an Enhanced DBS check. You must also have the right to work in the UK.

Campden Baptist Church - Operations Manager

Campden Baptist Church is looking for a gifted, organised and proactive Operations Manager to join their team and help support the growing life and ministry of the church.

As their ministries develop, they recognise that good organisation, strong systems and careful stewardship are essential. They are looking for someone who can take responsibility for the day-to-day operational life of the church, helping everything behind the scenes work effectively and enabling our ministers, staff and volunteers to focus on ministry and mission.

The Role:
Working closely with the Minister, Staff Team, Church Secretary, Leadership Team and Volunteers.
