Cosham Baptist Church - Part-time Leader of Pastoral Care CBC is a well-established Baptist Church with a Sunday morning congregation of around 180 people of all ages and many cultures. They are looking for a committed Christian to lead the Pastoral support to the congregation and to oversee the ministry to their older members. Specific responsibilities will be to oversee the training, development and support of a pastoral care team and to plan and facilitate opportunities for discipleship and spiritual growth among the older members. The position will be part-time (20-30 hours per week) and will be a fixed term contract of up to 12 months with possible extension and reviews after 3, 6 and 9 months. Hours will be flexible but core hours will be agreed. The person will be accountable to the Leadership Team. This post is subject to an Occupational Requirement that the post holder is a committed Christian under Part 1 of Schedule 10 of the Equality Act <a 2010. BMS World Mission - Church Engagement Specialist Hours: 35 hours per week, Full-Time, 12 Month Fixed Term Salary: £35,820 per annum Do you want to help UK Churches engage with God’s mission throughout the world? Can you help BMS World Mission continue to make Jesus known and improve the quality of life for thousands of people? In this dynamic role, you’ll capture, edit, and produce high-quality video and photography that showcases their mission and connects with audiences across digital platforms and within churches.
