Managing Differences & Handling Conflict

Join us for a day to explore the challenges and opportunities that difference and conflict bring

Venue: Basingstoke Baptist Church

Time: 10am till 3pm

Cost: £5 per person or £20 for a team of 4 or more (free for under 30s)

Understanding difference and conflict - why conflict happens

Space to process what our understanding of conflict might mean in each of our contexts

What a positive way forward might look like

 

The day will be lead by Revd Jo Williams who is a Baptist Minister and Director for Reconcilliation at the Blackeley Centre.  Jo provides traiing in Understanding and Transforming Conflict in Churches for all of the five Baptist Colleges in England and Wales as part of their formation programmes for Ministers and Church Leaders. She is a Training Partner with Bridge Builders Ministries, and Training and Supervisor for Smile Mediation, Burnley.

This is a day where it would be wonderful if you came with others from your church so that together you can explore how the differences in your church and community can be enriching when held well.
