Testwood Baptist Church - Worship Pastor
TBC are seeking a passionate, musically gifted, spiritually mature Worship Pastor to work as part of the team of pastors at Testwood Baptist Church. They have a vibrant and well-skilled team of musicians and worship leaders who serve faithfully each week. However, they are looking for someone who can be a pastor to this team and the wider church as a specialist in worship ministry.
This person must have a heart for encountering God in worship and have a passion to draw people to Christ through music and other creative ways of worship. He/she should be able to explore and develop ways to deepen corporate worship and to relate and work well with others, showing wisdom, empathy, and leadership. The Worship Pastor will be Jesus-centred and servant-hearted, firmly rooted in God’s Word and led by the Holy Spirit. They will have a passion to draw people to Christ through music and other creative ways of worship.
This is a full-time post with a salary in line with the national teacher’s salary.
