Regent's Park College - Tutorial Fellow in Theology and Ministerial Formation

Regent's Park College

As the current Director of Ministerial Formation transitions to full-time in his role as Vice-Principal Regent's are in the exciting position of recruiting a Tutorial Fellow in Theology and Ministerial Formation.  The appointee will serve as Director of Studies for the BTh suite and for all ministerial students, offer teaching – particularly in the BTh suite – and engage actively in research. They will be an accredited minister within the Baptist Union of Great Britain or within a Union or Convention that is a member of the Baptist World Alliance and bring experience of ministry in a local church context.

The appointee will share in leadership and administration within the College and be involved in the general pastoral care of students. They will have a record of research commensurate with the expectations of the position of a College Fellow, taking into account their career trajectory and the specificities of this role. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate willingness to engage academically with colleagues who teach and research in the other subject areas that Regent’s offers.

The Ladygrove Church are looking for a Children & Family's Ministry Coordinator to serve on the leadership team and to oversee their Children's and Family's work.

TLC is a small but growing Local Ecumenical Partnership Church in Didcot, based in a parish whose population is rapidly expanding due to two new residential developments. Their current minister joined them in 2025, and they are in an exciting season of change and growth. 

This is a 3 year fixed term contract with the first 6 months being probationary
15 hours per week:  mostly flexible with work from home
Wage: £14.06 per hour
