SCBA Leaders' Day
Monday 10th November 2025, 10am-3pm
Basingstoke Baptist Church, Gershwin Road, Basingstoke, Hants, RG22 4HL
The team at SCBA are really excited that over 50 ministers and leaders will be joining us on the day, many in Church Teams, but we would love if you and your Church Leadership could join us as well, but it is also an opportunity to come and take back to your Leadership Team all that we reflect on during the day.
The day will be a space for us to connect, share stories, and grow together. We’ll explore what allyship looks like in ministry and daily life, and how small, faithful steps can create a culture of belonging and compassion in our churches and communities.
We will be looking at spaces where we meet together – Clusters, Church Meetings, Trustees/Leadership Meetings, Volunteer Team Meetings and Ecumenical Groups; and what helps and what is a barrier to participation. We will also look at what a well held space looks like and what learning might be there.
We’re really delighted that Bev Thomas will be with us to share from her experience and help us engage with this important topic.
