Smaller Churches Network 

At SCBA, we recognise the unique challenges that come with being part of a smaller church community. We want you to know that you are not alone. To support one another, we host termly online gatherings specifically for churches with a membership of under 40 people. These times together provide space to listen, share, and encourage each other in ministry and mission. Alongside this, we also encourage local, in-person meet-ups to deepen connection and offer mutual support. Whether online or face-to-face, our heart is to journey together and strengthen one another in all that God is calling us to do.

Small Church Leaders Gathering - Tuesday 12th May, 7.30pm, Online

Leading in a small church is a unique and faithful calling. It can be deeply rewarding, but it can also feel isolating at times. This gathering creates space for lay leaders to come together, learn from one another’s experience, share both encouragements and challenges, and root everything in prayer.

Together we’ll explore practical wisdom for small church leadership, reflect on what God is doing in our communities, and strengthen one another for the work ahead. Whether you are new to leadership or have been serving for many years, this is a space to be refreshed, equipped, and reminded that you are not alone.
