The team and trustees were delighted that Ruth Rice join us to share at our Leaders' Day on Thursday 20th May. 

Ruth is the founder and Director of Renew Wellbeing who help establish Wellbeing Cafes nationally, working with churches of any denomination, training and supporting them to be present, prayerful and in partnership with local mental health teams, and encouraging, "Quiet shared spaces where it is OK not to be OK."

Ruth has also just written a new book called, "Slow Down, Show Up and Pray".

Ruth shared about the Wellbeing Cafe movement, about her own journey regarding mental health and how we can look after ourselves and be part of supporting the mental health needs in our communities.
